About the Event

Calling all Centered Riding Instructors and riders of all levels and disciplines:

This clinic was so popular when it was first introduced, that we are offering it again. Kathy will take the participants through a review of Centered Riding's foundational basics, using a PowerPoint presentation along with hands-on, unmounted exercises. Participants will explore the Centered Riding basics, as Sally Swift originally described them. During the bodywork phase of the clinic, Gail Field, Level IV Centered Riding® Clinician, will lead the group in bodywork to accompany and enhance the various Centered Riding (CR) concepts.

We will explore Centered Riding through groundwork, bodywork, and use props/equipment such as the Equicizer™, Alexander Horse, physio ball, mini trampolines, reins, Tai chi balls, tensegrity models, and more. Centered Riding instructors will get a chance to practice their bodywork and proficiency with groundwork exercises. Riders will get to focus on themselves (without the horse!) and experience…
